## One-time video packs

| Pack | Total before applicable taxes | Videos | Rounded price per video |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Single | $12.99 | 1 | $12.99 |
| Three | $34.99 | 3 | $11.66 |
| Ten | $99.99 | 10 | $10.00 |

These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal. One website video credit makes one video at the fixed standard preset: 16 seconds, 720p, 16:9 landscape MP4, with the supplied original audio. Pack totals are exact; the per-video averages are rounded to two decimal places. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

Unused video credits have no expiry at launch. Finished files are stored online for 30 days, a separate limit from unused credit validity. Download the MP4 before its online storage expires. A downloaded copy remains on your own device.

## Payment, failures and refunds

Sign in with Google and pay through Stripe Checkout. A confirmed payment adds the purchased number of video credits to the same account. There is no free generation offer. Public examples can be viewed before buying.

Submitting a generation uses one credit. A confirmed failed task restores that credit automatically. An uncertain task remains visible while the outcome is checked; avoid submitting a duplicate. Restoring a video credit is different from refunding money. Deleting a successful result does not restore a credit.

For cash refunds, consult https://alorsondanseaivideo.net/refund and contact support@alorsondanseaivideo.net with your receipt or task details. Do not send payment card details, passwords or API keys.
