Privacy Policy
How Alors on Danse AI processes account, photo, payment and video data.
Data used to provide the service
Alors on Danse AI uses your Google account name, email and profile image to create and secure your account. We do not collect your Google password.
We process the two photos you upload, role assignments, video tasks, generated videos, credit balance and payment records to provide the video service. Operational records may include request identifiers and technical error information used to resolve failures and prevent duplicate charges.
Photo and video processing
Uploaded photos and generated videos are private. Photos are retained for up to 7 days; generated videos are retained for 30 days. Download videos before expiry. You can delete finished videos from My videos. Account deletion is available in account settings; retained payment and security records may be needed to handle disputes and comply with applicable obligations.
Photos and the fixed reference media are sent to KIE for video generation. The generated video and fixed audio are sent to FAL for audio composition. Cloudflare hosts the application, database and file storage. These providers also process data under their own policies; this policy does not promise that their retention rules are identical to our storage rules.
Payments and sign-in
Stripe processes payments. We retain identifiers, purchased pack, amount, currency and payment status, but do not receive full payment card numbers. Google processes sign-in and shares the account details required for authentication.
Public examples
Your uploads and outputs are not automatically published as examples. Public demonstration videos require separate permission from the relevant subjects or rights holders.
Analytics
We use Plausible and Google Analytics to understand page visits and use of the website. Plausible collects aggregate traffic statistics without analytics cookies. Google Analytics may use cookies and process page URLs, browser/device information and usage events. Analytics storage is enabled by default. Uploaded photos, generated video files, account email addresses and payment card details are not sent as analytics event data.
Cookies and external media
Essential cookies support secure sessions and language preference. The original YouTube reference loads in an embedded player only after you choose to play it. YouTube then processes the visit under its own policy. See our Cookie Policy.
Questions and requests
Use our support@alorsondanseaivideo.net for questions about access, correction, deletion or the handling of your data. Include your account email and relevant task identifier, without sending passwords or card details.
