Terms of Service
Terms for uploading portraits, purchasing video packs and using generated outputs.
The service
Alors on Danse AI turns two uploaded photos into a fixed 16-second, 720p, 16:9 video template with original audio. AI results can vary and may contain artifacts. The service does not promise an exact copy of every frame or a guaranteed likeness.
Accounts and uploads
Use Google sign-in to access private generation. Keep your account secure. Upload photos only when you have the necessary permission to use the image and depict the subject. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited material. Content checks may reject an upload or generation request.
Purchases and video credits
Video packs are one-time purchases of 1, 3 or 10 credits. Published USD prices are before applicable taxes displayed at checkout. There is no recurring subscription. Unused credits have no expiry at launch.
Submitting a task uses one credit. A confirmed failed task restores one credit once. An uncertain submission remains under review to avoid duplicate provider charges; check My videos before submitting again. Refunds and payment disputes may freeze the account while the affected payment is reviewed. See our Refund Policy.
Storage and deletion
Photos are retained for up to 7 days; completed videos are retained for 30 days. Download a copy before expiry. Deleting a completed video is permanent and does not restore a credit. The service is not a permanent media archive.
Output use and third-party rights
Using this tool does not grant rights to the original music, reference scene, uploaded photos, depicted people or third-party material. Obtain any rights needed for your intended publication or commercial use. This website is an independent tool and does not claim affiliation with Stromae, Jamel Debbouze or their rights holders.
Availability and questions
Purchases and generation may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. If a task fails, the credit-return rules above apply. For questions or requests concerning your order or data, use the support@alorsondanseaivideo.net. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
